This is the London Stock Exchange Group, PLC's and its group companies' ("LSEG" or "we" or "our" or "us") general data subject rights ("DSR") request form for rights requests under the South Africa Protection of Personal Information Act ("POPIA"). In connection with DSR requests, we will request that you submit information and/or documentation (e.g., a picture of a driver's license and/or passport) to verify your identity. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may reject or deny your request. If you are submitting this request as an authorized agent of a data subject, then we will request that you submit information and/or documentation to verify the identity of you and the data subject and to verify your authority to submit the request on-behalf of the data subject. If we are unable to verify the identity of you or the data subject or if we are unable to confirm your authority to represent the data subject, we may reject or deny your request.


Our processing of rights requests is subject to applicable data protection and privacy laws and therefore, the applicability of rights, and LSEG's obligations to comply with a rights request, may vary per jurisdiction.
