Some state laws permit their residents to authorize agents to make certain privacy requests on their behalf. Authorized agents can make access, deletion, and correction requests, as well as requests to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of the consumer’s personal information or of “targeted advertising” based on their personal information.

If you are an authorized agent making such a request, please provide the information below so that we may process the request. To submit a request by phone, you may also call (877) 466-6669. Please note that we will communicate with the consumer at the consumer’s contact email address you provide in order to conduct certain verification procedures directly with the consumer.

Importantly, to submit a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information or of targeted advertising based on their personal information, a consumer should click on the link “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in our website footers or in our application settings (this choice will be specific to the digital property and to the device and browser they are using). As an authorized agent, you may provide the below information on behalf of a consumer which may enable us to take action on their opt-out request more broadly.

If you are making this request for yourself, do not use this formInstead, please visit usprivacy.disney.com to make an access, deletion, or correction request, or usprivacy.disney.com/dnssmpi to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” or of “targeted advertising” based on your personal information.
